Smooth work

Workers smooth out cement that was being laid on 882 Road just south of Hartington at the junction of Highway 57 and Highway 84 last week. The paving project, which was on the drawing board for several years, is nearing completion. The project also included paving the road leading from the schools to 882 Road. The road is expected to be open in late July.
