Local wrestlers fare well in triangular

HARTINGTON - It was Parents Night in Hartington on Thursday for the Cedar Catholic wrestling team as they hosted Crofton-Bloomfield and West Holt for a triangular.

The Trocats would win both duals in front of the home crowd

Cedar started the night against West Holt. Some wrestlers adjusted into a weight class higher to maximize the amount of opponents matched up against each other.

In those matchups, Nash Albers at 126, Kerby Hochstein at 132, Turner Korth at 152, and Ethan Koch at 170 each won their match. Carson Jones, Cole Steffensen and Eric Hoesing each won by forfeit. Conner Hochstein and Morgan Koch lost their matches.
