HARTINGTON - Hartington-Newcastle had a rough showing at the Creighton Invitational volleyball tournament this past week as the Lady Wildcats dropped three consecutive matches to West Holt, Creighton and Summerland to fall to 6-7 on the season after climbing to 6-4 last week.

WYNOT - Wynot’s volleyball team added a couple of wins to its season total this past week, defeating Winside on Sept. 10, 25-14, 25-11 and 25-17 in a best-of-five-sets match and against Creighton on Sept. 12, 25-19, 25-19 and 25-17.
