Mark Todd Sherman

LAUREL — Mark Todd Sherman, 60, Laurel, died Oct. 27, 2021, in his home.

A Celebration of Lfe was held Nov. 7.

Mark was born Jan. 10, 1961, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Leslie and Marilyn Sherman. He attended grade school in Vermillion, S.D., and high school in Laurel. Mark married Nancy Schaer Dec. 30, 1985.

Mark never lost his love for farming, working for farmers for most of his adult life. He also drove semi trucks for a while. Mark will always be remembered for his smile, his laugh and his love for his family.

Mark is survived by his sister, Deb Wiemers, Vermillion, S.D.; his brother, Scott Sherman, Sioux City, Iowa; and his sister, Lori (Matthew) Kacmarynski, Lennox, S.D.; several cousins, nephews, one niece and many friends.
