HARTINGTON — Hartington area students returned to classes Monday for the first time since March.
Teachers and students alike were all excited for the 2020-21 school year to begin.
The traditional hugs, handshakes and high fives were absent this year because of new COVID-19 restrictions.
They were replaced, however, by face masks and new social distancing guidelines. Despite the new restrictions, smiles were evident on several of the young faces.
