Santa is coming to Felber Park

HARTINGTON — More events have been changed or altered because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The annual Santa Claus visit to Hartington has been moved to Felber Park.

The event will be a drive-through event. Parents are asked to drive through the park with their Christmas list for Santa. He will give out a Christmas treat in exchange.

Masks and social distancing will be observed.

Parishioners at Holy Trinity Catholic Church are being asked to preregister for Christmas Mass this year.

The pre-registration is an attempt to make sure the church does not go against any state Directed Health Measures.

Currently, only 50 percent occupancy is allowed inside the church.

People attending Mass must also wear masks and properly Social Distance themselves.
