FFA cultivated Kleinschmit into a strong leader
HARTINGTON — Jaron Kleinschmit is a different person today.
Once a shy farm boy, he is now a strong leader and advocate for agriculture.
The Cedar Catholic senior wrapped up his career with the Hartington-Newcastle FFA Chapter Friday during the group’s 45th annual banquet.
The 2018-19 FFA Chapter President shared his thoughts on FFA near the conclusion of Friday’s banquet at the HNS Gym.
The annual event is designed to celebrate the local Chapter’s achievements for the year and honor its members.
Farming has always been a part of Kleinschmit’s life, and it was always assumed by his elders that FFA would also be a part of his life.
