HARTINGTON — State law did not require a recount in the Northern District Cedar County Commission race, but the seat has still not been decided yet.
Cedar County Election Commissioner David Dowling originally thought Chris Tramp’s five-vote victory over incumbent Terry Pinkelman would automatically trigger a recount.
