Cedar County Fair will once again bring in country stars
HARTINGTON — The Cedar County Fair has once again booked some big name entertainment for its Cedarstock summer concert series.
The fair has gained a reputation the last several years of bringing some of the best new country music artists to town, and next year is no exception.
Dillon Carmichael will take the Cedar County Fair stage on July 19, while Justin Moore performs on July 20. Chase Mathew, with special guest Chayce Beckham, will entertain the fair crowd on July 21.
Moore has released six studio albums. His self-titled debut came out in 2009.
He has also had 10 No. 1 hits and 18 songs hit the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts.
He is best known for his No. 1 hits 'Small Town USA,' and 'If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away.'
Carmichael released his debut single 'Dancing Away With My Heart' in 2017.
Carmichael, who grew up in Burgin, Ky., is the nephew of country music stars John Michael Montgomery and Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry.
During his short career, Carmichael has toured with Brooks & Dunn and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Mathew released his debut album 'Born For This' earlier this year.
He has been touring ever since. Tickets for the five-day 2024 event are on sale now.
