Almost Ready
Kolten Settje and Dillon Munter (above, left) run the trencher to put in the underground sprinkler system recently at the school. They were part of the recent flurry of activity that can be seen outside of the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School as workers of different trades are busy working to get the outside of the school ready for the opening day of school Wednesday, Aug. 14. Dirt work to clean up the area was completed by Detlefsen Construction. Pat Harrington and his crew mapped out the east side of the building for undergound sprinklers. Concrete has been poured for the steps along with new sidewalks to the new elementary entrance. School bells will be ringing soon welcoming all the kids to a brand new year.
